Account Coordinator
£18,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to recruit for and work with one of our key account customers based in Stevenage.

Purpose of Role:
To be responsible for all temporary staff resourcing for a contract run by Interaction based in Stevenage. To adhere to and meet the key performance indicators and service levels set out by the client.

Key Responsibilities:

- To pro-actively attract an ongoing flow of candidates via advertising in local press, internet and other sources
- Booking candidates in for registration
- To interview thoroughly all candidates deemed suitable and match effectively to available bookings
- To brief candidates thoroughly regarding the role and the site
- To ensure 100% compliance on all candidates registered
- To build strong business relationships with operational staff on site.
- To build a thorough understanding of the job roles on-site and the customer requirements
- To plan and organise candidate availability and work load effectively to ensure all shifts are filled
- To be able to respond at short notice to ad hoc agency staff requirements
- To do on-site check-ins daily
- To provide weekly management reports
- To attend regular review meetings with operational staff
- To deal with any situations which may arise where a client or candidate does not receive a standard of service which meets agreed criteria

Experience:
- Recruitment experience an advantage but not essential
- Experience of working in a production or warehouse environment

Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Planning and organisation
- Computer literate - Excel and Word to intermediate level

Must have full driving licence (own car is an advantage but not essential)
Foreign language will be an advantage
