Salary: Temp to perm £6.50 per hour 39 hours week. 1 month probation/training will be provided. After qualifying period full time contract will be given starting from 15k-19K
MAIN FUNCTION:
Pro-Force ltd is looking for Polish and English speaking recruitment consultants who would like to join our friendly team. Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of workers from Kent area employed through Pro-Force to farms and Packhouse’s in the UK.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To attract potential candidates
2. To assist with recruitment of workers
3. To ensure that all workers understand what is expected of them
4. To ensure that all workers have legal status to work in the UK
5. To help organise interviews and meetings
6. To assist with staff training and development
7. To administrate the Database/Files etc. and ensure that all information held is up to date
8. To perform any other duties relevant to the function or the department as directed by Recruitment Manager
The ideal candidate must have:
1. Driving licence
2. Multi lingual (English & Polish, Russian essential)
3. Flexibility in hours and days is required
4. IT Skills (Office package essential)
