You will be managing a team of 70 staff working within a production environment. You will also spend time working from the Interaction Recruitment office in Milton Keynes.
Your role will include but is not limited to:-
Recruitment of staff
Onsite and off site inductions
Ensuring compliance to service level agreement and legal processes
Exit interviews
Out of hours support
Collating management information
Previous experience working within recruitment is essential. Ideally you will have experience working as an onsite coordinator.
Own transport is a requirement and you will need to be flexible with your working hours.
Salary £18 OTE 22k
