Polish Speaking Office Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)

Location: Head Office - Hurstbourne Tarrant (SP11 0AS)

Salary: Depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Wednesday (09:30 – 17:30)

Office Administrator Job Responsibilities:
- Following standardized company procedures relating to all aspects of Office performance
- Answering incoming calls in professional manner
- Updating database with relevant information
- Dealing with queries both internally and externally
Office Administrator Job Requirements:
- Ambitious
- Reliable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbally/written in English and Polish
- Good typing and note taking skills
- Able to repetitive and mundane administrative tasks
- Analysing problems by collecting data, establish facts and drawing valid conclusions
