The role covers various aspects of property management, from inspections and viewings to liaison with tradesmen and tenants.
As you will be frequently communicating with people on our behalf, we need you to be professional, receptive and self-disciplined. That you can use your initiative to problem solve and create solutions wherever possible.
As the business grows and develops you will be assigned further tasks, therefore we need you to be flexible and be able to adapt to each and every situation.
Qualifications:
Your personality is more important than any qualifications you may have.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, enthusiastic and ready to get involved as the business needs dictate.
You must be a competent user of technology as a lot of our business is online.
Hours and Environment
Initially 15 hours per week. However, you may occasionally need to work extra hours as the business needs dictate. We will always discuss this with you in advance as we will be having weekly team meetings via Skype and sometimes face to face.
Remuneration
Initially, £12 per hour. This role will be for a self-employed person. We will not be responsible for your tax, national insurance, holiday pay, sickness pay or any other employment benefits
bonus payment is negotiable, for securing each new tenant, thereby filling empty rooms and checking them in
