We are currently looking for an efficient, presentable, dedicated and reliable individual with positive attitude to support our busy office in Wembley Park.
Duties Include:
• Arranging quotes, placing orders, and executing shipments, dealing with enquires.
• Negotiating prices and arranging shipments of goods to our overseas affiliates.
• Preparing all documents required for shipments of goods.
• Closing the file by preparing profit and loss account.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and SAGE would be an advantage but is not necessary.
• Maintaining a computer database of order, enquiries, and shipments.
• Various other office duties.
• Communicating and writing well in English.
• Using variety of software packages (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
Working hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm or 8:00 am – 5:00 pm inclusive of 1 hour lunch break.
Salary: £27,000 per annum with substantial prospects for accelerated opportunity and pay rise for the right candidate / depending on experience.
